Before the release of the CEMU 1.7.5 version, the developer mentioned that the latest version of the Wii U emulator will only be bringing a slight improvement in performance. However, with the latest version, we’ve seen some significant performance improvements as compared to the previous versions.
The average FPS in Zelda: Breath of the Wild has increased from about 20 fps to now a more stable 25 or more Fps, removal of more types of graphical and game glitches is also a part of the latest update.
While CEMU 1.7.5 makes the game much more playable, it’s still not a perfect way of playing at at least 30 fps on the PC for most computers and we may have to wait for future updates to get it fully optimized.
