When Pinstripe Potoroo fires, hide, once every round of his fire, you have to nip out and then do a spin attack on him. Do this three times. After that, remain in cover till the boss has some trouble with his guns. He will hit his own gun and at this point, spin attack him. After six hits, he will go down.
