Friday The 13th Guide: How To Play As Tommy Jarvis
The basic requirements are that you need to have at least four players, at least one counselor must die or escape, get the CB radio and make a call out to Tommy via the radio. Even if all counselors are alive, Tommy can be called via the radio but he won’t show up until at least one counselor is dead or has escaped.
Once a counselor is dead, find a CB radio. Find the building with a big white and red mast with an antenna on the top. Find the CB radio, summon Tommy and the game will randomly pick one of the dead counselors to return as Tommy Jarvis.
So, what’s the big hype around Tommy? Well, his stats are much higher than the other counselors. He spawns in the game with a shotgun with one single shot. The downside is despite his higher stats, he can still be killed by Jason just as easily and you won’t get a second chance to call back Tommy. And also if you are planning to kill Jason, you need Tommy though the process is still tough as mentioned in our previous article. If you spawn as Tommy, your goal should be the same as any other counselor. Start earning experience points and help the other counselors escape.
