The Xbox Scorpio is the latest upcoming console in the market, which is said to feature 12 GB of RAM. Stardock’s CEO Brad Wardell recently said via twitter that because of the large amounts of RAM, the system will not have any technical limits for a few years.
He tweeted:
Re Scorpio: 12GB of GDDR5 memory means (for some years) no real technical limit on games.

Wardell also said that in order for even AAA games to completely exhaust the prowess of the Xbox Scorpio will take a couple years because of Vulkan/ DirectX 12.
And it'll take a couple years to make a AAA level core-neutral game to fully utilize the power like Scorpio and APIs like dx12/Vulkan.

This basically means that Xbox Scorpio will be successful in bringing the console into the higher end and possibly ending the generation war.
