We know the upcoming Xbox Scorpio release in a monumental day for consoles, and gaming in general.
Albert Penello is Microsoft’s Senior Director of Product Management and Planning and he tweeted this out:

The Xbox Scorpio is a testament to Microsoft’s promise back at E3 2016 and they truly have delivered an advanced piece of technology, capable of running at a native 4k resolution – another tweet by Penello which was emotional, diverged back to E3 2016, tweeting:

We now know the advanced specifications of the Xbox Scorpio and the entry of consoles to the higher-end, the new generation console will feature an 8-Core processor, 12GB of RAM and more, you can check the full specifications here.
We don’t know the exact release date of the console but it said to be around Fall.
