This article is about Fortnite soldier guide. Fortnite is a co-op sandbox survival video game developed by People Can Fly and Epic Game. The game has Epic Games as the publisher. It will be available for PC, OS, PS4 and Xbox One. Currently you can play the early access that came out in July 2017. The full free-to-play game is anticipated to be released in 2018. Fortnite Guide: Class Guide – Soldier Class
Through random card drops in the same class, the characters get unlocked. Also every character possess a different skill loadout apart from the class’s base skills. For example, two characters can be of soldier class but the sub-classes like Survivalist or Rescue Trooper to name but a few may differ. Each character can be levelled up independently and after reaching an experience threshold, each character can be evolved using certain items and skills.

BASE SKILLS
- Advanced Tactics: Health and Ranged Weapon Damage increased by 10%
- Assault Damage: All assault weapon damage gets slight increase.
- Debilitating Shots: Ranged damage adds Vulnerability to the enemy. It then causes more damage taken from all sources (even from other team members) for a limited period of time.
- Frag Grenade: Throws a short-range explosive (damage and energy based on level and evolution). The Soldier gets to carry three grenades and every 25 seconds, one of the used up grenade gets regenerated.
- Goin’ Commando: Rapidly fires mini-gun style weapon causing huge damage.
- Shockwave: Knocks back enemies 1 tile.
- Survivalist: The soldier heals a bit if killing with ranged damage.
- Quick Clip: It reduces the reload speed during a combat.
RESCUE TROOPER SUBCLASS
- Steamy Aim: Reduces recoil of any melee weapon
- Ammo Recovery: Gain small chance to automatically recover 1 ammo when damaging any enemy with assault weapon
SURVIVALIST SUBCLASS
- No Time To Bleed: Doubles the amount of health healed by the Survivalist ability
- Clean Living: Increases base health of the Soldier
