Dishonored 2 Guide: Emily and Corvo Powers List

Dishonored 2 is a stealth action-adventure video game released on Nov 11, 2016 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game is developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the sequel to 2012’s Dishonored. Dishonored 2’s two main characters, Emily and Corvo, have different sets of powers. These powers can be upgraded too. In this guide, we have listed out Emily and Corvo Powers. The upgrades for each power is also included.

Powers of Emily Kaldwin

1. Far reach
With this power, you get the ability to pull anything, objects and people,  from some distance.

Upgrades

Pull Objects: Pull the objects from some distance and catch them in midair.

Decelerate: If you are falling, you can slow down time with this upgrade.

Pull Enemies: You get the ability to pull and kill/ incapacitate enemies midair.

2. Dark Vision
This power lets you see things in dark. You can check enemy’s positions and weapons location, even through walls.

Upgrades

Greater Dark Vision: You get the ability to locate objects and security systems in dark through walls. It costs 3 Runes.

Premonition: Enemy routes and their positions are visible in the dark. It costs 2 Runes.

3. Mesmerize
This power helps you to distract your enemies by calling a void spirit. The spirit will mesmerize the humans and hounds. You can use Mesmerize on two humans and two hounds.

Upgrades

Mesmerize Three: With this you can mesmerize up to three humans and hounds. It costs 3 Runes.

Lasting Mesmerize: It helps you increase the duration for which humans and hounds will be mesmerized. It costs 2 Runes.

Mesmerize Four: This gives you the ability to mesmerize up to four humans or hounds. It costs 3 Runes.

4. Domino
Domino helps take down more than one human at a time. This power links fates of human targets together. Then if on human is attacked or gets killed, other linked humans will also face the same fate.

Upgrades

Link Three: You can link fates of three humans.

Link Four: You can link fates of four enemies. it costs 3 Runes.

5. Doppelganger
Doppelganger helps you to distract enemies by calling a clone of yourself. Once they get distracted, you can trigger security alert. The doppelganger can attack and swap places.

Upgrades

Baffling Shade: With this you can confuse enemy for sometime. Then disappear. It costs 1 Rune.

Deadly Shade: With this, you and your doppelganger can fight together and take down enemies. It costs 3 Runes.

Transposition: You can swap places with your doppelganger. Costs is 2 Runes.

Twin Shades: You can summon two clones (or doppleganger) at a time. Costs is 3 Runes.

6. Shadow Walk
Shadow Walk helps you change into a small shadow like appearance. You will go unnoticed by your enemies and you can take down one enemy.

Upgrades

Rat Shadows: You can transform into a small shadow like rat. Then you can easily crawl through tunnels. The cost is 1 Rune.

Improved Shadow Attack: With this you can kill two enemies while you be in the shadow form. It costs 2 Runes.

Shadow Run: It lets you run faster when you are a small shadow.

Greater Shadow Attack: This gives ability to kill three enemies while you are in the shadow form. It costs 2 Runes.

Powers of Corvo Attano

1. Blink
You can move fast without being noticed and attack enemies from behind.

Upgrades

Greater Blink: Helps in increasing the range. It costs 4 Runes.

Redirective Blink: With this you can stop time if you don’t move. Costs is 3 Runes.

Blink Assault: It gives you power to attack your enemies and throw them on the ground when you Blink. Costs is 1 Rune.

2. Windblast
This power is to blow away enemies, break objects, deflect projectiles, etc. with a great blast of wind.

Upgrades

Greater Windblast: You can use more powerful wind to throw solid objects at enemies and kill them or for deflecting projectiles. It costs 3 Runes.

Shockwave: You get the ability to blow another blast of wind around yourself up to some distance. Costs is 3 Runes.

3. Devouring Swarm
You can call up to two swarms of rat and attack your enemies with it as the rats eat away their bodies.

Upgrades

Greater Swarm: Larger size of the Rat Swarm. Costs is 2 Runes.

Rat Piper: You can make the rat swarm follow you. Cost is 2 Runes.

Twin Swarms: You can summon two small rat swarms to attack your enemies. It costs 3 Runes.

4. Possession
This power gives you ability to get into any body and take control of it. While you possess the body, you get all the powers that the body has. You can possess a corpse, hound, bloodflies, etc. You can use the host’s abilities to your benefit, like, fly if possess a bloodfly.

Upgrades

Chain Hosts: You will be able to transfer between possessions of the hosts. It costs 3 Runes.

Corpse Possession: With this, you can even possess a corpse or unconscious human. Cost is 1 Rune.

Lasting Possession: Increase the duration of the possession. It costs 1 Rune.

Human Possession: You can possess human host with this upgrade. Cost is 4 Runes.

5. Dark Vision
This power lets you see things in dark. You can check enemy’s positions and weapons location, even through walls.

Upgrades

Greater Dark Vision: You can see objects and security systems through the walls in the dark. The cost is 3 Runes.

Premonition: Enemy routes and their positions can be spotted in the dark. It costs 2 Runes.

6. Bend Time
With this power, you can slow down time, stop time and use it to take down enemies, deflect projectiles, etc.

Upgrades

Stop Time: You can stop the time for some time and move forward. The cost is 6 Runes.

Relativity: You will be able to move faster when the time is slowed down. Cost is 1 Rune.

Lasting Bend Time: You can increase the Bend Time duration. The cost is 2 Runes.
