The island mentioned in the first part is south of Sarapeion. This is a lake and you need to be at least at level 6 to get here. The island is the in the southern part of the lake. Now, go to the southern beach. The second part of the script describes a statue of a man sitting on a throne. The last clue indicates a small, broken column which is just a few steps away from the statue. The treasure is on the ground, next to the column.
