Russian modding community has been very active and the latest surprise coming from them is the entire Liberty City from GTA IV. The modding team already released GTA V modding tools back in 2015.
They even released a teaser trailer and gave an overview of what to expect from the mod.
“The Liberty City will not replace Los Santos or Blaine County, but appears across the sea. Using the power of OpenIV and openFormats, we was able to bring Liberty City right into GTA V map,” said the OpenIV Team.
No specific release date has been announced though we expect it sometime later this year. Since the mod converts the assets from the previous game to the newer one, the user will be required to have both the games present on his/her computer.
