Select a 3-4 defence and either a blitz or a Cover 2 Man. Hit L1 or LB and hit down on the control pad to pinch the line in as soon as the players come to the line. Do the same with R1 or RB to pinch your linebackers. This will make your opponent get dropped for a loss.
If you can start stuffing the run, you can do a pass play. Run a zone, then repeat the same pinch of your linemen and linebackers. Finally the wildcat formation gets obsolete. See the video below.
