Pokemon GO Update Adds Tweak to Gym Battles

The newest Pokemon GO Update actually adds some changes to the mechanics. Update 0.41.2 (Android) and 1.11.2 (iOS) adds a new catch bonus when players catch consecutive Pokemon of a specific type, and the biggest addition, players can now bring six Pokemon to battle at friendly Gyms. The Update also fixes some audio issues and minor bugs.

Pokemon GO was recently released in 31 new countries, but the popularity of the game in North America and Europe continues to decline. But Niantic has teased that a multiplayer mode is coming soon, which might help the game’s popularity quite a bit if done right.
