Option 1:
- To get the Lockpick you need to take down the NPCs.
Option 2:
- Loot the bodies nearby and check how many lockpicks you have
Opening locked Doors
- Just go and stand in front of the locked door
- Observe how much Lockpicks does it request for to unlock the door
- Perform Open Key to unlock and enter
