Valorant Act 2 Episode 3 is fast approaching. I’ve got all the latest confirmed details, leaks, and rumors here ahead of August’s main update. Episode 3 of Valorant, called Reflection, began in Act 1, with a new scene with the robotic agent KAY / O and a lot of the latest content.
There was also a League of Legends crossover with LoL Rise of the Sentinels skins. However, all eyes are now on Valorant Episode 3 Act 2. And that could be a big deal. It is what we know so far. Riot Games KAY / O is the latest agent to enter the field at Valorant.
When does Valorant Episode 3 Act 2 start?
As with other acts, we can hope that Riot won’t waste time between wrapping up Act 1 and jumping straight into Act 2 without a day in between. There have been leaks from Twitter users who have identified the start date for all future acts in Episode 3.
Initially, Floxayyy noted that Valorant Episode 3 Act 2 premiered on 24th August and ran until 19th October. It coincided with the expiration date of the Act 1 Battle Pass, so it was verified at the time.
Soon after, Riot revealed that the timeline had been postponed for two weeks. Instead, Valorant Episode 3 Act 2 now appears to be locked to 9th September, with exact release times to be determined.
Two months for each act became a fairly typical show for Valorant. This time, you will have to wait a few more weeks for the next Valorant Act to arrive.
TLDR; Act I is now over two weeks long, and adjustments to competition and progression will follow. Valorant Episode 3 of Act 2 now begins around 9th September.
Of course, as of this moment, nothing is known about what Act 2 will offer, but a plausible hypothesis will tell you that the following can be expected:
- Weapon Balancing.
- New Modes
- A new battle pass.
- New Agent
- Bug fixes
- A new map.
- Agent changes and updates
Leaks of Valorant Episode 3 Act 2: New Map and New Agent
While there isn’t much solid information on Valorant’s next act, players are hoping for a new map and a new agent to be dropped.
There is a reason for all these rumors. The last night market, which took place on 28th July, presented a new landscape, unlike any other Valorant map.
It has turned the community around, but nothing is confirmed.
As for the new agent, it is true that we know the code names of even two potential additions to the roster (Deadeye and Sprinter), but it is not yet possible to know more.
A new Battle Pass is also coming, priced at 1000 VP. It will contain new weapon models, Radianite points, weapon accessories, cards, sprays, and titles. There will also be the new skin, Exile, the dark side of Regale.
The new Breeze map, set on a remote island in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle. A bright and colorful map.
