Watch Dogs 2 is an open world action adventure video game, set in a fictionalized area of San Francisco Bay Area. It developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It released in Nov 2016 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Players control Marcus Holloway who is a hacker working with the group DedSec to take down the city’s surveillance system. Each successful assignment increases the follower count of DedSec.

First, you must start the side mission ‘Ubistolen’. In this mission, hack the phone of a Ubisoft marketing director named Elliot Chen in central Silicon Valley. You will hear a conversation about complaining about Assassin’s Creed game leaks. Then, go to the liquor store opposite Torque Rat Bike Shop. Go scan the informant there.
Then, go to the parking lot behind Ubisoft’s office. Go up to the roof and hack the the panel and cameras in the office to use the two PCs. You will see a teaser trailer for a new Ubisoft game. This will also unlock the ‘Leaks And Leaks’ achievement.
