New Report Suggests No Hexa-Core AMD Ryzen CPU Coming Out

Despite some previous rumors, a new report has surfaced that says AMD won’t be releasing 6-core Ryzen CPUs. The website claims that AMD will be releasing 4-core and 8-core CPUs in the Ryzen line-up.

This is not an official source, so we would suggest you to take this with a grain of salt.

According to the report, there will be three variants in the Ryzen line-up – SR3, SR5 and SR7. The SR3 will feature 4-cores and 8 threads while SR5 will have 8-cores and 8 threads without SMT. SR7 will feature 8-cores and 16 threads with SMT.

We will wait for an official word from AMD to confirm any new report. Stay tuned for more updates.
