EA announced the Battlefield 1 rent-a-server program last week, claiming it’d be available close after launch (so, close after October 21). Now, the company’s shared details on pricing and some of the features.
These features include players being able to pick and choose ticket count, bullet damage, weapons, maps, and the like. Players won’t be able to ban other players at launch, but EA is anticipating that to be a requested feature, so they’ll look at the game closely and implement it if deem it necessary.
As far as pricing, here’s how much it costs to rent a Battlefield 1 server on both PC and consoles (naturally, it’s cheaper on consoles):
