How to Remove Enhanced Dictation 1.2GB Pack from Mac

  1. First of navigate to System Preferences.
  2. Then go to Keyboard.
  3. Then finally to Dictation.
  4. Now in the Dictation tab, you need to uncheck the Use Enhanced Dictation to turn it OFF.
  5. Next from Finder on the Mac,  press Command+Shift+G.
  6. Then enter the following path:
    /System/Library/Speech/Recognizers/SpeechRecognitionCoreLanguages/
  7. Select Go.
  8. Then in the location you end up in, you have to delete the folder enUS.SpeechRecognition or enXX.SpeechRecognistion. (where XX can be AU, UK, etc)
