You need to be around level 6-8. In the southern part of Mareotis, in the area around the Temple Of Sekhmet in Yamu is the Hypostyle Hall. Go there. The puzzle is on the second floor of the temple. It is above the room with the pool so use the pillars to get up there. It is on a table with other scrolls. Take it and go outside. Here is the description.
A few hundred meters north west of the Temple of Sekhmet in Yamu, which resides by Lake Mareotis, there is a great place to go for a date. Full of palm trees, and surrounded by desert, one rock fence was built and closed off with no exit. Find me there.
The first part of the puzzle shows you categorically where to go. Follow the main road north from the hall and take the first left. At the end, you will reach an oasis with palm trees. There are two noticeable things here – the ancient irrigation pump and a few living quarters. The rock fence in the riddle is next to these. Go over the fence and to the palm tree to find your loot.
