#1 How to Fix Black Screen on PC
- As you get to the black screen press ALT + ENTER to put the game in windowed mode
- Now change the resolution when you get into game
- If this doesnt work then try let’s make some changes with Config file as follows:
- Open the File Location(C:\Users\???\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy’s The Division)
- Find GFXSettings.Rogue_x64.xml
- Right Click and press Edit
- Scroll until you find the Resolution
- Set Custom Height and Width(your Resolution)
- Save and Start the Game.

Issues with Multiple Monitor Configurations.
- Option 1: Disconnect one monitor during the driver installation (and reconnect once completed)
- Option 2: Uninstall the driver through Windows Safe-Mode and revert to a previous version.

- Right-Click on The Division
- Now click on Open Game Files
- Then in the following path ../steamapps/common/The division/, delete the following:
- uplay_install.manifest
- uplay_install.state
- Now open the game again
