After Collecting them you must locate the nearby Bonfire and select the option to throw the Shard into it.
# Irithyll Dungeon
How to reach: You need to reach to the Profaned Capital Bonfire. There you will find the Shard next to The Bonfire.
# Undead Settlement
How to reach: Go to the Dilapidated Bridge and then move towards the Entrance of the Small stone house. There you will find the Bone Shard on a Dead Body at the foot of the hill where you can see the Giant Mansion.
# Catacombs of Carthus
How to reach: Reach the Abandoned Tomb Bonfire and then head out towards the left. Now you have to climb and get inside the cave. Inside the cave you will find one of the Bonfire, then continue moving down and take the underground tunnel to get inside the Tomb with all the Fir Archers inside. There on the extreme right, you will find this undead bone shard.
# Catacombs of Carthus
How to reach: Travel to the Abandoned Tomb and move out. Then you need to fight the Big Worm enemy to get the Undead Bone Shard.
# Cathedral of the Deep
How to reach: Reach the Cleansing Chapel Bonfire and then go outside the Chapel. Then head up from the right where you can see all the skeletons spawn. Next you need to jump on the right edge and continue running towards the bridge. Then you will see the Bone Shard on the opposite side right next to the Corpse on the Edge.
# Road to Sacrifice
How to reach: Get to the Keep Ruins Bonfire and head down and on your first right, a wrecked tower with the enemies will be there. Inside this tower, you will the Bone Shard.
# Lothric Castle
How to reach: Get to the Dragon Barracks Bonfire and travel up towards the castle where you see the dragon waiting for you. Then jump down from the bridge. The Bone Shard will be there below the bridge.

How to reach: You need to get to the Grand Archives Bonfire. There you have to move straight up then take first right. Keep moving forward and on your left, there will be an elevator to head up. Take the elevator and get to the roof. Then head left and keep running until you face a couple of flying skeletons with spears. You need to skip them and head up where you see broken window. Get inside and on the Chair you will find the Bone Shard.
# Road to Sacrifice
How to reach: Get to the Keep Ruins Bonfire. Move down. Then take a left then take first right. Get past the Skeletons that you find on the way and continue heading straight until you find the big ball roll of Skeletons. Now get inside the cave and wait for the Roll to crash. Then you can collect the Bone shard.
# Irithyll of the Boreal Valley
How to reach: Get to the Church of Yorshka. Move out and towards the right of the Wall. Keep walking until you find an enemy right beside the Shard(White Orb). The Shard orb will be right behind the Tomb.
