There are 2 options.
Factory Reset
The ultimate solution would be do a factory reset. This would however require you to backup all your data before you do a reset. But this worked for us as factory reset start the installation. But then let me tell you a less troublesome option which can be tried first.
Clear Cache Partition
To clear the cache partition on the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S6:
- Turn off your Galaxy S5/ Galaxy S6
- Press and hold Home + Power + Volume-Down buttons until your device starts
- As soon as you see the Samsung logo, release the buttons
- Tap on the Volume Down repetitively. This will Wipe Cache Partition.
- Select it with the power button.
- Then Select Yes.
- Once it is completes, restart your Galaxy S5/ Galaxy S6
