WWE 2K17 Guide: Achievements Guide Part 4

WWE 2K17, 2K Sports’ very realistic professional wrestling video game, is developed Yuke’s and Visual Concepts. It is released for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

This WWE 2K17 achievements guide will show how to unlock every achievement in the game. The achievements  guide is written for the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game. It may not be the same for the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions of the game.

WWE 2K17 Achievements Guide Part 4

This is the 4th part of the achievements guide.

Playing dirty (15)

Win a match via dirty pin. (Single play)

Dirty Pins can be only performed by superstars having a Dirty Pin skill and they can be used only twice per match.

Play one on one as Seth Rollins and your opponent as anyone. Beat up the opponent until most of his body is in red. If your opponent is downed in the right position, you will get a prompt to do a Dirty Pin. Do it and win the match.

Gentleman in the ring (15)

Push opponent into the ropes during chain wrestling to perform a clean break. (Single play)

Start a one on one match and play as Finn Balor with your opponent as Neville. Start chain wrestling. After it starts, push your opponent onto the ropes and let the enemy make a clean break.

Now that’s hardcore! (15)

Hit an opponent with a foreign object or put them through a table. (Single play)

Oh! My! (15)

Put your opponent through the announce table via OMG! moment. (Single play/Exhibition)

Tragic commentators (15)

Destroy 2 announce tables within a single match. (Single play)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Select a One on One match Extreme Rules with Battleground as the show.
2. Play as Brock Lesnar and your opponent as Bo Dallas.
3. Beat up and down your opponent. Then, go to the commentator’s tables.
4. Clear off each table. Beat your opponent until two or more of his body parts are damaged.
5. Make sure to have one finisher ready. Get near the table and grab him.
6. Hold left and right trigger at once and use left stick to push him onto the table.
7. You will get an OMG Moment prompt. Do that and repeat the procedure for the second table.

Over the ropes you go! (15)

Eliminate 12 opponents with the same Superstar in a single Royal Rumble match. (Single play)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Start as a 2o man Royal Rumble event and play as Brock Lesnar.
2. Change participants to wrestlers below 75 ratings.
3. Select the lowest rated wrestlers as your opponents.
4. Eliminate 12 opponents.

Tap! Tap! Tap! (15)

Make an opponent tap out with a submission that is not a Finisher or Signature move. (Single Play)

This is one of the difficult achievements to get so if you are having problems, change to the button mashing version by changing Submission Mini-Game under gameplay options. Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Set up a One on One match Extreme Rules and play as Brock Lesnar and your opponent as Bo Dallas.
2. Weaken the opponent until two or more of his body parts are red.
3. When the foe is downed, press and hold the A button. This will start a submission hold.

This match won’t end! (15)

Successfully perform a major reversal. (Single play)

Three-Way stop (15)

Perform 3 major reversals in a Single Match. (PLAY mode against A.I.)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Turn the Reversal Limit off in gameplay options.
2. Play as Brock Lesnar vs Rusev in a One on One match.
3. Lure Rusev into grapple attacks and finishers.
4. Prevent your opponent from initiating table mini-games.
5. Watch very closely for major reversal chances and pull them off.

Lightning reflexes (15) – Secret

Reverse a curb stomp with the RKO catch Finisher.

This achievement is a throwback to the Seth Rollins vs Randy Orton match at Wrestlemania 31 when orton reversed seth’s curb stomp attempt into an RKO. Make sure to have two controllers. Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Start a One on One match with Seth Rollins and Randy Orton. Make sure you are able to control both superstars at any point in the match.
2. Play until both superstars have a finisher ready. Knock Randy down till he is lying face up on the mat.
3. With Seth Rollins, go for the Curb Stomp finisher.
4. As Randy Orton, reverse the finisher into an RKO.

Ladder Bridge Powerbomb (15)

Powerbomb an opponent through a bridged ladder. (PLAY mode against A.I.)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Play a One on One match and select WCW Bash At The Beach arena.
2. Play as Kevin Owens and set your opponent as Bo Dallas. Charge up one finisher.
3. Stand near the top or bottom middle of the apron.
4. A prompt to hit the right or left bumper will come. Do this to set up a ladder bridge.
5. Irish whip your opponent into the bridge.
6. You should get the OMG Prompt. Do so to powerbomb him through the bridge.

Take it Backstage (15)

Finish a match backstage. (PLAY mode against A.I.)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Select a One on One Backstage Brawl match.
2. Weaken the opponent, perform a finisher and win the match.

Nice try! (15)

Successfully fend off an interfering Superstar during a victory brawl. (PLAY mode against A.I.)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Turn post match run-in all the way up from Game Balancing under Options.
2. Play matches until you get attacked after a match.
3. Perform a Signature or Finishing move to your opponent who runs in.

Title shot (15)

Attack your opponent using the Championship Title. (PLAY mode against A.I.)

Follow the steps to unlock this achievement.

1. Set up a One on One match with any two superstars and set up a title match.
2. Win the match and press A during the victory celebration and hit A for the Break Out.
3. Pick the belt off the ground and hit your opponent with it.
