You can purchase the Blueprint of this weapon for 179 Phoenix Credits at the Special Vendor in the Tech Wing(Base of Operations)
Talents:
- Competent – Weapon damage is increased by 13% for 10 seconds after using a skill
- Dominant – Every kill performed while your Signature Skill is active reduces the cool-down of your other skills by 8%
- Talented – Killing a target with this weapon increases Skill Power by 8% for 13 seconds. The effect does not stack. Killing a new target refreshes the timer.
# Caduceus
Caduceus is a High-End Assault Rifle with

How to Get Caduceus:
- The rifle can be the part of the Rare drops from Sgt. Mosley in the side Mission called Bounty: Sergeant Mosely. You can find the mission in Midtown East and the rare drops from Elite enemies.
