National Park Visitor’s Center
This area can be converted into a settlement only after finishing the Hold Out quest from Uncle Ken. Located on the northern edge of the island towards the Cliff’s Edge Hotel.
Longfellow’s Cabin
This area can be converted into a settlement only after finishing the Walk In The Park quest from Old Longfellow. Located on the northeastern side of the island towards the east of the Cliff’s Edge Hotel.
Echo Lake Lumber
This area can be converted into a settlement only after finishing the Turn Back The Fog quest. Located on the western edge of the island towards south of the Briney’s Bait and north of the Atom Spring.
Dalton Farm
This area can be converted into a settlement only after finishing the Blood Tide quest. Located on the northern edge of the island towards the north of Aldersea Day Spa and northwest of National Park Visitor’s Centre.
