Crash during startup/random crashes/black screen/failed to launch fix:

  • Players whose game is crashing to desktop while launching, try updating graphic card drivers. We advise users to do a clean install of the graphic card drivers by downloading from the official website.

  2. Now rename the StartupMovie.swf and another named StartupMovieNV.swf to StartupMovie.bak and StartupMovieNV.bak
  3. Open Notepad and go to Save As from File menu
  4. Change the Save as Type to All Files and save a file named StartupMovie.swf in the following directory
