Step 1
- Go to the Tempest ship and look for Liam.
- Talk to him in the research room and in the end, you get access to the Research And Development function.
- You can use three techs –
- Milky Way,
- Helius
- Remnant.
- You need to gather Research Data for upgrading your gear. This data is obtained by scanning the items in the game world.
- Once you have enough data, follow the steps.
Step 2
- Go to Research Station and click on Weapons.
- Check out the upgrades and apply them if you feel like it.
- You can add such upgrades each time you visit the Tempest.
