Batman: Arkham Knight latest patch addresses missing rain effects, adjusts frame times

Since the launch, Batman: Arkham Knight has been plagued with issues on all platforms, especially PC. Another major update hit PCs this week which fixes the missing rain effects during the opening sequence. For players running the game on 60Hz monitors, the patch adjusts frame times while capping the fps to 30 and using V-sync.
