Pokemon GO gives its players collect new Pokemons in two different ways. Either you can go out do some searching around an area or you can use the Eggs. Eggs can be found around the world just as live Pokemons. The type of Pokemon hatching from these Eggs range from the common ones to the rarest.

Which Pokemons Hatch from Which Eggs
Other than hunting for new Pokemons, it’s sometimes better to find the Eggs of the Pokemons you want. Once you have them, you can use the Incubator from the Menu to Hatch them.
There are three kinds of Eggs available. For them to hatch, the player needs to walk a distance of 2 km, 5 km and 10 km respectively. Below is the list of Pokemons you can hatch from the three kinds of Eggs.
